Liam Delap is an English professional footballer who plays as a striker for Premier League club Chelsea.

Born in Winchester, he began his youth career at Derby County before joining Manchester City’s academy in 2019. After making his first-team debut and winning the EFL Cup in 2021, Delap gained experience through loan spells at Stoke City, Preston North End and Hull City. In July 2024, he moved permanently to Ipswich Town, where he became the club’s top scorer in the 2024–25 Premier League season with 12 goals. In June 2025, Chelsea activated his release clause and signed him on a six-year contract. He has represented England at various youth levels, winning the 2022 UEFA European Under-19 Championship with the U19 team.
